Motor Insurance Claim

I wish to convey my heartiest appreciation to RENEW EXPRESS SDN BHD especially to its Customer Care Manager, Mr. Edward Kok, in assisting me in the motor vehicle insurance claim and in arranging to have my car repaired within 3 days, which was just in time for the Chinese New Year celebrations.
I insured my new car's motor vehicle insurance policy through RENEW EXPRESS SDN BHD on 17/01/06 and the accident happened just 1 week after on 24/01/06 (Tuesday). I was hoping that my car could be repaired before 27/01/06 (Friday) so that I could used the car during the Chiese New Year.
I have made enquiries from numerous workshops including Perodua, which none of them could agree to have the car repaired before Chinese New Year. Mr. Edward Kok of Renew Express was kind enough to make the necessary arrangements with the insurance claim (with Multi-Purpose Insurance) and a motor workshop for me to have my car repaired. The car was repaired within 3 days and the insurance claim of about RM1,500 was made without any hassle.
Once again I wish to express my appreciation to RENEW EXPRESS SDN BHD for their efficient service rendered.

Excellent JOB !!!
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am pleased to inform you that I am a new customer to your company called Renew Express. I do not know anything about this company at first and I assumed this mail I received was part of my junk mail I receive everyday. But something cropped up. I had some problems with my XXX Motor Insurance Department where every time I needed to leave my office and go to their office to sort things out. And when I am at their office nothing happens anyway; someone would be in a meeting, someone is NOT sure of what is happening, documents are missing, the staff was not informed of the boss decision, and the list goes on and on and on. So I decided to use the service provided by Renew Express.
OH MY GOD!!! It is the BEST road tax service in town. The service is quick, professional, caring and personalized. They would know your matter in detail and I am contacted at least about 6 - 7 times a day by Ms. Lyza. She was extremely professional and caring. She even checked my police summons (I had a total of X, while JPJ only listed one at the moment). She updated me on the issue so that I am aware. She called many times to ensure that I have received the quotation, and confirmed many things.
The dispatch person - Encik Omar has done a tremendous job. He knows what he is talking about when I signed many documents at my office. I DO NOT have to pay him tips and anything like that. Of course there is some registration and service fee involved (very reasonable price indeed). The SERVICE is EXCELLENT!!! And on top of all this, personalized service, we can pay road tax and the insurance MONTHLY and INTEREST FREE? WOW! Am I in heaven or what?
I am extremely happy, and I left my old insurance provider. I will forward this email to all my friends and recommend it to all, and I hope the email would multiply to become hundreds, thousands and millions in no time. But remember folks!! When you get so many business, don't neglect your personalized service that you give right now, if not, you would also end up like abc, def, ghi and the list goes on. You MUST be different from others. The only thing that can differentiate you from the rest in the market - INTEREST FREE instalment and the EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Good JOB FOLKS!! Whoever is behind this idea is BRILLIANT!! I love to complain when things go wrong, but this time around, I cannot resist to write good things for a job well done.
